Dust Covers

Astronomers can get pretty finicky about cleanliness, especially when it comes to their telescope's optics.  Unfortunately, dust is everywhere and it is next to impossible to keep it entirely off a  telescope's optics.  However, you don't have to allow dust to settle on your optics between observing runs.  Astrozap Dust Covers are proudly made in the USA of a cotton and nylon blend material.  A sewed in elastic strap allows the Astrozap Dust Cover to fit snugly over the open end of a Newtonian telescope, covering the tube and keeping dust out.  This helps protect the optics from excessive dust accumulation on the primary and secondary mirrors, which translates into sharper images.
