Astrozap warrants to the original retail purchaser that
each product manufactured by Astrozap is and will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period,
Astrozap will repair or replace at its option any such defective
part thereof at no cost to the purchaser for parts or labor.
Prior to the return of any product, a Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number must be obtained from Astrozap by writing, emailing
or calling (330-278-2507). Each returned part or product must
include a written statement detailing the nature of the defect,
as well as the owner’s name, address, and phone number.
This warranty shall not apply if it is shown that the defect
or malfunction was caused by abuse, mishandling or unauthorized
repair.
